Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled only if they are not shipped. Kindly contact us through email on support@urbantrendy.in, or call us on +91-6399735128 with your Order ID, and the refunds would be made to your original mode of payment within 2 working days.

2. Once the orders have been shipped, No cancellation is allowed.

Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

1. 100% Refund would be given through Original Mode of payment if the item has not been shipped within 2 working days.

2. Once the item has been shipped, No refund would be issued.

Loss of Parcel

1. All of our parcels are dispatched through DTDC courier service, or Registered Indian Speed post, and have valid tracking details. Incase, the parcel is lost in transit, we will issue you a 100% refund, or send a new item as replacement, after investigating with the courier company.
2. Even if you accept the parcel, please make a video of unpacking the item, and send to us. Incase there is any damage, you can send the item back to us on our address, and we will send you the replacement free of charge, however, the return courier fee is to be borne by the customer. No refunds are made.
